For this reason we publish our authorised “Mutual Confidentiality Agreement” for the use and exercise of our customers. It will apply to EITHER Okuma Australia Pty Ltd as notated for business conducted inside Australia OR Okuma New Zealand Limited as notated for business conducted inside New Zealand.
Okuma Australia Pty Ltd and Okuma New Zealand Limited reserve the right to pass on the costs of any legal opinion/review with regard to requested variations to our published “Confidentiality Agreement” or of alternately proposed NDA or other proprietary confidentiality agreements.
